We start with six 12 a.w.g. single strands of pure 99.999% silver single conductor wire pulled and treated via the same process used for the famous Firefly wire. Each individual wire is treated with our proprietary hand cleaning, hand polishing and preservation process guaranteeing top notch performance. Then each individual wire is pulled through it's own pure oversized virgin Teflon tube which is covered with a pure chemical free cotton sleeve. So you have a total of SIX 12 gauge pure 99.999% silver wires for unlimited current flow, two per post! Finally we add a nice drain wire to keep out the grunge and cover this beautiful assembly with a high quality/highly durable Techflex making for a very attractive cord. This power cord comes standard terminated with the great Furutech FI-11G("Gold") connectors. The Furutechs use pure OCC(Ohno Continuous Cast) copper which is then gold plated and finally given the Furutech "Alpha process" which includes cryogenic treatment. For a slight additional cost with a worth while improvement the wonderful Oyaide P/C-079 gold plugs are available. We chose these two plugs after comparing them to quite a few others as the copper/gold combination gives the pure silver a tonal balance that just works and works very well. This power cord is easy to integrate into your system as it's not oversized or thick at all, is extremely easy to manage and due to the pure silver wire content it will stay exactly where you put it.
